Aimovig is a new, FDA-approved medication that changes the way migraine sufferers can prevent migraines.

Migraines are often caused by calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) attaching to and activating CGRP receptors. Aimovig works as a CGRP antagonist, meaning that it blocks the CGRP receptor, thereby stopping the migraine from happening. It’s taken once a month at home via injection with an autoinjector, and studies have shown it cutting the number of migraine days for many sufferers by 50% or more.

How Can Aimovig™ help?
In clinical studies, people taking Aimovig reduced their monthly migraine days.

How do I know if I’m ready for Aimovig™?
Our board-certified practitioners will help determine if Aimovig™ is right for you. When you go to your appointment, we will make a full assessment.
